Description We are in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry, based in Richmond, California. We are actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll be vital to our team's efficiency by handling administrative tasks, processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Additionally, you will be monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.Responsibilities: Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Maintain precise records of customer credit Answer inbound calls and deliver high-quality customer service Manage data entry tasks and maintain customer databases Handle email correspondences professionally and promptly Conduct both inbound and outbound calls as required Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to manage data and communicate internally Schedule appointments and meetings as needed Complete and process expense reports accurately Document and distribute meeting minutes as required. Requirements Minimum of two years experience in an administrative role within the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industries Proven ability to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently Demonstrated customer service skills are essential Experience with data entry and ability to maintain accuracy Proficiency in email correspondence and ability to maintain professionalism in written communication Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars Ability to complete and process expense reports in a timely manner Experience in preparing and distributing meeting minutes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
