Individual items include but are not limited to:Provides the highest level of HR customer service through interaction with employees, retirees, external businesses, leaders, and HR peer groups through Helpline call system, electronic, and case management systems.Full life cycle of employment transactions and support compliance documentation, payroll inquiries, time administration inquiries and support, benefit transactions, employee loans, military programs administration, HR emergency relief and response support, special payment and expense processing, HRIS role inquiries, general personnel history requests, legal human resource inquiries, HR policy inquiries, government and internal audit support, service award administration, termination and access revocation tracking, education assistance administration, verification of employment inquiries, and government benefit processing assistance.This level learns to assume responsibility for the first point of contact for HR inquiries by employees, retirees and external businesses via HR Helpline, case management, and chatbot. Processes include, but are not limited to, policy inquiries, time entry and payroll questions, employment verification, employee loan processing, education assistance processing, general document management, and general inquiry responses.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience0-2 years of related experience. Specific skills include the following:

Customer service skills

Recent experience with HR Helpline

Basic knowledge of company organizational structure

Basic knowledge of human resources policies and programs

Experience with Avaya, Success Factors, ServiceNow and SAP

Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient personal computer skills.
