Experienced kitchen prep needed at Fuzzy Cactus in Brookland Park (Northside). We are a scratch kitchen with daily prep. Experience with simple recipes, chicken breakdown, and sauces would be useful. Some line cooking experience would be helpful but not 100% required. This position will be 3-5 days per week based on experience. Mon-Fri. 28 - 32 hrs max. The ability to work independently, and reliability, is crucial as we are a small kitchen with a small staff We are a neighborhood restaurant and music/event venue. Hosting touring music acts weekly. Our menu is a mix of American and southwestern food items.
Pay based upon experience. PTO after 30 days.
