Ebonive Café is a NEW growing mobile food brand focused on fresh ingredients, warm service, and a unique farm-to-flavor menu experience. We’re launching our food truck this February and are looking for a reliable, motivated Cook Manager to help us build something special. We're hoping to have 3 to 4 scheduled events per week.

Position: Cook Manager (Flex / Part-Time)
We’re seeking someone who can lead or assist with day-to-day mobile kitchen operations. This role is ideal for someone who loves cooking, works well in changing environments, and can adapt to both busy event days and quieter prep days.

Responsibilities
The Cook Manager will help oversee and/or participate in:
Daily prep and food production
Operating the cooking line during events
Maintaining clean, organized workspace and equipment
Event setup, breakdown, and truck cleanliness
Coordinating with owners and assistants on recipes, timing, and service flow
Following food safety and sanitation procedures
Occasionally assisting with inventory and supply needs

What We’re Looking For
Experience in a kitchen, food truck, catering, or fast-paced food environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to take initiative and work independently or as part of a small team
Comfortable with flexible scheduling (weekday prep / weekend events)
Ability to lift 25–40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Positive attitude, professionalism, and good communication

Weekly hours will vary based on event bookings and prep needs
