Commissioned outside sales professional for exterior remodeling services including window and door replacements. Direct sales to homeowners through pre-qualified and scheduled appointments in prospective customer's homes.
Uncapped commissions, performance based pay wherein our average sales representative earns over $75,000 in their first full year. Top performing representatives are earning over $200,000 per year.
Meet with prospective customers in their home, inspect windows and doors to identify needs and provide solutions, demonstrate our products to propsects, provide pricing and close sales. This is a one-call close position.
No previous outside sales experience necessary. In-office paid training program.
After training this is a commission only W-2 position. Bi-weekly pay cycles.

Reports to office in Fredericksburg, Va 2-3 times a month in person.

Ability to remain positive and look forward, willing to work independently towards their own professional growth, and a desire to consistently be better tomorrow than yesterday are the most important qualifications.
The right candidate will be able to work independently after training, with little direct management, be trainable, coachable, and confident.
Currently looking for Representatives to work in:
Nothern Va (Centreville, Manassas, Warrenton general region)
Charlottesville-Fredericksburg-Richmond (West of I-95, central Va)
South Richmond
Must be capable of lifting and carying product samples (at times up stairs) weighing up to 50 lbs.
Must have a Valid Driver's License, insurance, registration
Have dependable personal transportation capable of transporting window and door samples (equivalent to approx 4 medium-large suitcases)
Willing to work in a defined territory generally within 2 hours travel time from home each day.
We offer highly flexible schedules, though working most evenings and saturdays is expected. Most reps may run an average 30-45 appointments a month. Typical workday is 1-3 appointments.
