Positions Available:

-Solar Installers: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar energy systems.

-Licensed Electricians: Work alongside installers to ensure safe and compliant electrical connections.

Responsibilities (Electricians):

-Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on solar energy systems

-Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure electrical designs comply with industry standards and codes

-Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to identify electrical issues and determine appropriate solutions

-Install and connect electrical components, including inverters, wiring, and solar panels

-Test and commission solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance and safety

-Complete documentation and recordkeeping related to electrical work

-Provide technical support to other teams within the company and assist with training new hires

Requirements:

-Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installations and maintenance

-Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components

-Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints

-Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

-Attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

-Ability to Travel

-Tread and Bending of Rigid Pipe experience.

Responsibilities (Installers):

-Install solar panels and associated components

-Work with team members to ensure smooth and efficient installations

-Perform electrical wiring and connections for residential solar systems

-Conduct site assessments to determine optimal panel placement

-Assist with troubleshooting and repairs as needed

-Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

-Provide exceptional customer service during installation and post-installation support

Requirements:

-Prior experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required; training will be provided

-Basic knowledge of electrical wiring principles and codes

-Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

-Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
