Cloud Infrastructure Architects are responsible for designing, maintaining and troubleshooting the client's infrastructure, cloud services, network, and infrastructure security. Architects will work closely with other cloud teams, project managers, engineers, and other functions.Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Azure Virtual Administrator to manage and optimize our Azure cloud environment. This role involves overseeing the virtual infrastructure, ensuring robust security, efficient operations, and scalability to support organizational needs. The Virtual Administrator will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and management of virtual resources, including virtual machines, networks, and storage within the Azure environment.Responsibilities include:
Virtual Resource Management: Deploy, manage, and monitor virtual machines (VMs), networks, and storage solutions within Azure. Ensure optimal allocation of resources to meet performance requirements and cost efficiency.
Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security policies and procedures, including network security, access controls, and data protection. Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational security requirements.
Performance Optimization: Regularly assess system performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
Automation and Scripting: Automate repetitive tasks and streamline administrative processes. Develop scripts to manage resource deployment and configuration.
Disaster Recovery and Backup: Design and implement disaster recovery strategies and conduct regular backup procedures to ensure data integrity and availability. Manage and test backup systems regularly.
Cost Management: Monitor and optimize spending on Azure resources. Track resource usage and implement cost-saving measures without compromising system performance.
Collaboration and Support: Work closely with other IT teams to support projects and integrate Azure services with existing infrastructure. Provide technical support and training to team members and end-users.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an Azure Administrator or similar role with strong understanding of Azure services and management tools.
Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure management.
Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Azure CLI.
Familiarity with network configurations, including VPNs, DNS, firewalls, and encryption technologies.
Desired Skills
Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to provide training and support to non-technical users.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
