The ERM team is responsible for executing risk management projects for client(s) including planning the ERM program design, developing the ERM program and implementing ERM program strategies. Our enterprise risk management professionals advise state, local, federal and higher education clients on the enterprise risks that interfere with the organization's ability to meet mission goals. Applicants must be able to problem solve, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.Role sits in Arlington, VA.Duties include but not limited to
Digesting large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information and design briefings for senior leadership (SES) review
Creating Policy for Operational and Internal Controls to mitigate current and potential risks
Conducting risk analysis, risk dashboarding and risk mitigation planning
Required Qualification
Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active Secret security clearance required, or ability to obtain quickly
2+ years of experience in Internal Controls and Operational Controls
Ability to digest large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information and design briefings for senior leadership (SES) review
Experience directly interfacing with clients and building client relationships
Prior Military experience (either as a Fed or Contractor) or experience supporting the defense industry
Ability to work onsite in Arlington VA at least 4 days a week
Preferred:
Active Top Secret security clearance
Previous Federal Government or Consulting experience
