Field Marketing StrategistAt Strategy Software, Field Marketing is at the center of how we create demand, accelerate deals, deepen customer relationships, and drive pipeline across key regions and industries. As a Field Marketing Strategist, you will help design and execute high-impact programs, from workshops and executive roundtables to large tradeshow, partner activations, and vertical campaigns, that directly support pipeline creation and sales success.This role partners closely with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Partners, and the broader GTM team to ensure our field activities are aligned to territory needs and account priorities. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, creative, and excited to help build the future of field marketing at Strategy.The Impact You Will HavePipeline & Revenue SupportSupport quarterly pipeline goals across assigned regions or verticals, helping drive predictable opportunity creationEnsure event MQLs and partner-sourced engagements are properly captured, routed, and tracked in SalesforceMonitor sales follow-up and conversion activity to improve lead-to-opportunity outcomes and accelerate velocityStrategic Program ExecutionHelp develop and execute multi-touch field programs including workshops, executive roundtables, tradeshows, partner co-marketing events, and ABM initiativesBuild detailed program briefs, timelines, run-of-show guides, attendee insights, and wrap-up reportsCoordinate cross-functional inputs from Sales, Product Marketing, Partners, and Demand Gen to ensure integrated program deliverySupport experimentation and optimization frameworks to improve program effectiveness over timeSales Team PartnershipWork closely with AEs, BDRs, and regional leaders to align field programs to territory priorities and strategic accountsProvide pre-event enablement and post-event follow-up playbooks to help Sales drive next steps and pipelineJoin regional sales syncs to stay aligned on account-level motions, whitespace opportunities, and in-quarter needsOperational ExcellenceMaintain program trackers, timelines, attendee lists, and regional dashboards for visibility across Marketing & SalesManage vendor coordination, invoicing, budget tracking, and partner sponsorship deliverablesMeasure program success using Strategy’s pipeline dashboards, attribution models, and campaign reporting frameworksSupport continuous improvement of event processes, SLAs, and data hygieneWhat We Look ForCore Experience1-2 years of experience in field marketing, events, demand generation, or B2B marketing rolesExperience partnering closely with Sales or supporting territory-based marketingUnderstanding of B2B funnels, lifecycle stages, and event-to-pipeline motionSkills & ToolsFamiliarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and project management tools (Wrike a plus)Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets for managing lists, budgets, and pipeline reportingAbility to juggle multiple programs across regions with strong attention to detailStrategic & Analytical MindsetComfortable interpreting pipeline, funnel, and attribution metrics to help shape program decisionsStrong communicator who can clearly articulate program goals, expectations, and results to GTM stakeholdersAbility to translate product and value messaging into compelling field experiencesWho You AreHighly organized, resourceful, and solution-orientedPositive, collaborative, and able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and PartnersCurious about AI, analytics, data architectures, and how customers adopt modern BIExcited to help build a best-in-class Field Marketing function as Strategy growsAdditional RequirementsWillingness to travel (40% or more) for events, partner programs, and regional activationsInterest in enterprise technology is a strong plus
