Position / Title: Assembly Assistant
Location: Winchester,VA
Compensation: $20-$25/Hour, Temporary Full-Time (40+hr/wk.); compensation based on 3-day evaluation.
The work is full time, and currently this is a 3 month - 6 month gig but could extend based on workload and new work

General Description:
Assist in installing mechanical pumping skid under industrial A/C Unit
Must be willing to be flexible and move to other tasks as needed, indoor or outdoor
Shift: 8:00-4:30pm suggested/negotiable
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in rigging mechanical skids into position
Attach nuts/bolts as necessary - tightening with impact
Install small assemblies, cut PVC pipe
Job Requirements:
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Be prompt and reliable.
Have mechanical aptitude, and reasonable knowledge of tools
Work with team members to accomplish the goal - be flexible, open minded, respectful, work hard
Preferred Qualifications:
Manufacturing or construction experience.
Mechanically inclined and good with hand tools.
Not lazy
Ability to drive a lull, or forklift is a plus
