We’re looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter / Remodeler to join our team. Ideal candidates are multi-talented professionals experienced in general and finish carpentry, exterior remodeling, flooring, drywall, painting, and have some knowledge of light plumbing and light electrical work.
We are a second-generation, family-owned, and family-oriented company with many long-time employees, seeking reliable, long-term team members who take pride in their work.
What We’re Looking For:
-Self-starter with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
-Dependable, punctual, and respectful
-Able to work independently or as part of a team
-Valid Virginia driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
-Willing to complete a background check and participate in random drug testing
-Solid references and employment history
