Description Job Summary:The role involves processing inbound accounts payable (A/P) invoices, including entering and posting vouchers, credit memos, and debit memos. Key responsibilities include managing expense reports, preparing accounting reconciliations and schedules, and creating journal entries with supporting documentation.Essential Duties:
Open and scan A/P mail into Concur software.
Process and route electronic A/P invoices in Concur.
Ensure accurate coding of invoices and timely processing for approvals.
Maintain an organized electronic filing system for invoices and approvals.
Code FedEx bills, manage disputes, and handle cell phone and internet bills.
Reconcile invoices for inventory and shipments, addressing discrepancies as needed.
Enter weekly agent wire vouchers and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Prepare and submit journal entries with appropriate documentation.
PAY RANGE: $19.00-$22.00/hourBENEFITS OFFERED:

PTO: New hires accrue 10 days (2 weeks) of vacation in the first year, adding 1 additional day each year after. In addition, hourly employees accrue 1 hr for every 40 hrs worked.

Requirements:
Education/Experience: Associate Degree or equivalent, plus 1-2 years of relevant experience. Pursuing a four-year degree in Accounting or related field is advantageous.
Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and reports, with effective communication in both small groups and one-on-one settings.
Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic, percentages, and calculating rates and ratios.
Reasoning Ability: Capability to solve practical problems with limited standardization and interpret various instructions.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with logical reasoning, critical thinking, and data analysis.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, 10-Key by touch, and ERP systems (Oracle or Apprise). Ability to operate office equipment and interact professionally with diverse personalities.
