Growing together.Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for processing staff and physician supply needs in an efficient/courteous manner while providing the best value for the Everett Clinic.Primary Responsibilities:Par Room:
Reorder point processing for buy and transfer items
Accurately pull par room transfers
Pick verify issue and transfer pick tickets
Pro-actively identify and trouble-shoot par room inventory variances and give an action/resolution to correct variance
Create button for new or replacement items in par room
Program button:
Create new par room warehouse in Infinium
Run item usage and analyze data
Review and provide corrective action on negative inventory reports and item update exception reports
Cycle count
Pull expired product on first of month
Receiving:
Responsible for handling various functions in the process of receiving freight:
Receive Stock Purchase Orders
McKesson Receiving
Receive Capitol PO’s
Receive various PO’s: Including Service, Maintenance, Standing Order, stock and non-stock products
Credit Card Purchases
Receive return stock and non-stock products
Reports all discrepancies to expeditor for vendor follow up
Warehouse position:
Perform weekly cycle counts, rotate and put stock away in correct bin location, pull orders with high degree of accuracy, review and pull expired products first of the year. Keep the warehouse clean
Purchasing System:
Handle and resolve any transfer requisition with a partial pick quantity, pick verify transfer and issue requisitions, perform open cycle counts, enter receiving transactions, process Kaye Smith transfer, stock allocations and reconcile variances with product transaction journal and adjustment journal
Deliveries:
Serve as a backup for deliveries and returns for all locations in each department, including controlled and refrigerated drug deliveries. Maintain par room locations. Perform routine maintenance of vehicles

Frequently must follow written and oral instructions as well as complete routine tasks independently
Completes annual compliance training on HIPAA/Privacy/Confidentiality/Non-Discrimination/Harassment/Integrity Statement and signs Agreements
Ensures confidentiality of patient information following HIPAA guidelines and TEC policies
Attends training to meet requirements of the job position and as needed or mandated by TEC policies, Div. of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), OSHA, L&I and other state/federal regulations
Has regular and predictable attendance

High school diploma/GED
Valid Washington State Driver’s License and proven record of a clean driving history
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience buying medical supplies/equipment
Experience with Par Excellence software and interfaces to Infinium software
Demonstrated driving experience
Demonstrated warehouse experience
Washington Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.27 per hour.
