Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans that support skills enablement initiatives.
Work closely with vendors and cross-functional team members to ensure seamless alignment.
Engage stakeholders to foster adoption of change initiatives across the organization.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies.
Provide training and support to teams during the transition period.
What's Needed?
At least 10 years of relevant experience in change management or related fields.
Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
