Hiring for an Office Manager - Come join our team!
Client focused Architecture firm based in the Bellingham area, is looking for an experienced Office Manager who can perform bookkeeping and payroll tasks as well as welcome and handle client interaction. An ideal candidate would have a great attitude, be highly motivated, detail oriented as well as being a team player that works well independently, and have 3-5 years of experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Payroll and Bookkeeping
Experience with QuickBooks and/or QuickBooks Online
RESPONSIBILITIES
Bookkeeping & Payroll
Client Interaction & Intake
Writing Project Proposals
Organizing Office Events
Help maintain a smooth-running office for 6-10 colleagues
Answering phones, opening & closing office
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Marketing
Understanding of construction and/or interest in architecture and design
Affinity/ Adobe – Photo, Designer, & Publisher/ Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
Google Suite
Familiar with Social Media and understands how to get our message to others
