Open, sort and process all mail according to workflow procedures

Occasional in person branch deposits needed

Log and scan checks into the accounting system. Meticulous attention to detail when handling check log and filing tasks

Scan documents and forward to the appropriate teams

Prepare checks for deposit and work with Multiple teams within the company

Support other various administrative tasks (return calls, proactively update other demographic information for check issuers in system, provide project progress reports etc.)

Requirements

Education & Experience:

High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience

0-2 years experience

Associate's degree preferred

Finance or Accounting experience preferred

1+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry preferred

Must be able to complete work in an organized, proactive and independent manner to meet all required time frames and commitments

Positive and cooperative with the ability to work with multiple teams, both internal and external

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel application

Extremely detail oriented with a passion for doing tasks right the first time

Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks, working efficiently with minimal supervision

Excellent customer service and phone skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
