We’re looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing & Media Manager to help promote our listings and brand. This role blends social media, design, photography, and video — perfect for someone who loves variety and creativity.
What You’ll Do:
Manage our marketing calendar and social media (FB, IG, LinkedIn, Google).
Create copy for posts, newsletters, and video content.
Update websites, YouTube channel, and Google ads.
Design flyers, postcards, and digital marketing materials.
Edit listing photos and walkthrough/3D videos (Zillow platform).
Capture property photos and videos (equipment provided).
Ideal Candidate:
Creative eye and attention to detail.
Comfortable with Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, MailerLite, MS Office and/or similar tools.
Basic photo/video editing skills — or eager to learn.
Interest in real estate, marketing, and media.
Drone or 3D video experience is a plus!
