Description Hannah Hudson with Robert Half is seeking a Controller to be part of our team in the manufacturing industry, based in Bothell, Washington. The Controller will be tasked with overseeing the management of customer credit applications, maintaining client records, and resolving customer inquiries. The role also entails monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage customer credit applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency Maintain and update customer credit records regularly Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status Utilize accounting software systems for efficient data management Perform accounting functions including but not limited to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Conduct regular auditing to ensure all financial transactions are accurate Prepare and manage budget processes Use CRM and Crystal Reports for data analysis and reporting Work with 3M and ADP - Financial Services for specific finance-related tasks.Salary Range: $105,000 - $135,000BenefitsMedical: YesVision: YesDental: YesLife & Disability Insurance: YesRetirement Plans (401K, pension, etc): 401kPaid Time Off Paid Vacation: 12 DaysPaid Holidays: 6 Paid HolidaysSick leave: YesPlease contact Hannah Hudson with Robert Half to review this position.
