Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Director of Nursing (DNS) (RN) to become part of our client's Transitional Care Facility in Everett, WA - 98201. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.Pay$150,000-160,000 (depending on experience)Shift

Monday-Friday

8am-5pm

No on-call

Weekends are rare

Education and Experience Qualifications

Unencumbered WA State RN License (LPN is not eligible for this role).

Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.

Previous Director of Nursing (DON)/Director of Nursing Services (DNS) experience.

Experience with Surveys in Washington State.

Skilled Nursing experience.

Current CPR Certification.

Additional Qualifications

Creating a positive culture for the employees.

Comprehensive understanding of nursing and medical protocols, along with relevant long-term care laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively supervise and collaborate with both professional and non-professional staff members.

Proficiency in planning, organizing, developing, implementing, and interpreting programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures essential for delivering high-quality care.

Job SummaryThe Director of Nursing Services (DNS) oversees all aspects of nursing care within the organization's skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This role involves managing nursing resources and personnel to deliver optimal care addressing residents' spiritual, mental, and physical needs. The DNS is tasked with ensuring adherence to State and Federal long-term care regulations while fostering positive relationships among staff, residents, families, interdepartmental teams, and the public. Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, staffing, and controlling nursing operations to maintain high-quality care standards and regulatory compliance.Benefits
