## Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as carpentry work, power-washing, and landscaping
- Conduct repairs on machinery, buildings, and equipment
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and work orders
- Assist in developing maintenance procedures and schedules
## Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Experience in lawn maintenance is a plus
