Role Description
This is a contract, remote role, for a Civil Process Server, which plays a CRITICAL role in our judicial system. At its core, you will print a set of legal documents and attempt to serve the intended party by knocking on doors of homes and gathering information. Ideally, the papers are served per federal, state and local rules, but your observations and the information you obtain along the way are equally as important! You will then enter your findings into our proprietary phone app, signing a declaration sworn under penalty of perjury, which is then filed with the court of jurisdiction.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and remotely
Prior experience in the legal or process service industry is a plus
A reliable vehicle and insurance
A home office set up or similar equivalent
Retired LEO and military veterans tend to excel in this position

Compensation is commission based and paid weekly via ACH and is only limited by your motivation and drive! We are currently looking to fill openings in all counties of Washington and Oregon.
