As a 4th Shift ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies (AEOC), you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the production operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality aerospace products. KEY RESPONSIBILTIES Managing operations floor staff to meet production targets and maintain quality standards. Developing and executing strategies for optimizing value stream flow and operational efficiency. Monitoring production schedules, identifying bottlenecks, and taking corrective actions for timely delivery. Collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes and resolve operational issues. Promoting lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement. Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, coaching, and training. Developing and maintaining SOPs, ensuring safety and quality compliance. Analyzing production data and proposing data-driven solutions for productivity enhancement and cost reduction. Managing inventory, material flow, and supply chain optimization. Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a safe working environment. Fostering teamwork, open communication, and employee development. Coordinating with engineering for new product introduction and process improvements. Liaising with vendors for timely material delivery. Preparing and presenting operational reports and KPIs to senior management. Leading cross-functional projects for operational excellence and strategic goals. Staying updated on industry trends and technologies for innovation. Managing budget and resource allocation for efficiency. Ensuring compliance with quality management systems like ISO and AS9100. Fostering employee engagement, development, and recognition.
