As a Machine Operator Level 2 here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining our manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes. You will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our products meet quality standards and customer requirements.Pay TransparencyThe salary range for this position is ($23.55/hr - $26.55/hr). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.Shift Differential offered for off shifts.Shift Hours:1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm 3rd Shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am Key Responsibilities
Operate assigned equipment.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Support the Honeywell Operating System
Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
Comply with all safety rules.
Record and report production data.
Analyze data and production reports
Set up and change over equipment
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma
Two years of machine operator experience
