Provide leadership in improving the performance, reliability and scalability of the Fabric Shared platform

Design and delivery the rollout of soverign cloud and compliance requirements for shared platfrom

Owning the products and driving them end to end, all the way from gathering requirements, development, testing, deployment to ensuring high availability post deployment.

Participate respectfully in design, architecture, execution reviews or other team discussions

Listen to others perspectives and feedback and take action on valid feedback

Provide constructive feedback to others

Partner with other teams in the organization to leverage work ideas of others to deliver efficiently

Triaging issues and implementing solutions to restore service with minimal disruption to the customer and business. Perform root cause analysis, trend analysis and post-mortems.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, or Java

OR equivalent experience.

4+ years of experience solving complex technical problems for internal and external clients in a regulated and distributed/cloud system.

2+ years of experience working in a regulated industry environment such as government, medical, etc.

2+ years experience with scaling distributed systems and cloud services.

Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualification

Experience with Azure SQL DB, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Software Engineering IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
