Duties:
Supervise and Lead our Production Team
Manage a Safe and Quality Driven Culture Already Established
Visit Job Sites Regularly to Maintain Quality Standards, as Well as Customer Relations
Provide Ongoing Feedback to Our Installation Team
Resolve Complaints or Disputes with Clients with a High Degree of Professionalism
Schedule Materials, Equipment and Crews to Meet Our Production Goals
Conduct Annual Performance Reviews with Employees and Subcontractors
Track Labor and Material Budgets to Assure Our Profit Goals
Investigate Safety Related Issues and Document Immediately
Track All Change Orders for Correct Margins and Accounting
Maintain a Complete Understanding of Our Sold Projects and Company Processes
Skills and Requirements:
(10) Years of Construction Experience
(3) Years is Some Form of Construction Management
Proficient in Apple Based Software Products and Systems
Valid Drivers License with Clean Driving Record
Ability to Pass a Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check
