We are seeking a full-time veterinary receptionist for our 2-doctor practice in Port Orchard WA. We are looking for someone with previous customer service, who is detail oriented, has computer knowledge, and is self-motivated with a flexible personality. We would prefer to find someone with veterinary experience, however anyone with great work history in client communication, record keeping, and phone etiquette will be a great addition to our team. Duties include but not limited to; appointment scheduling, record keeping, filing, invoicing, and being the intermediary between client and doctor. We strive to provide exceptional veterinary care. Pay $19-$22 an hour DOE
Expected hours: 32-36/hrs a week
