About the Role
This position supports our project managers with scheduling, communication, tracking materials, and general job coordination. You’ll help keep things moving smoothly between the office, clients, and job sites — and occasionally pitch in for light site tasks.

What You’ll Do
Update and track project schedules
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
Organize permits, photos, and job documents
Assist with invoices, change orders, and compliance paperwork
Visit job sites for photos, walkthroughs, or basic cleanup
Occasionally lift and move up to 30 lbs for material delivery

What We’re Looking For
Highly organized and dependable
Clear communicator who follows through
Comfortable with basic computer skills
Some knowledge of construction or remodeling a plus (but not required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local errands/site visits
