Description Robert Half Legal is excited to partner with a non-profit organization for an Attorney to join their team!This position is available for Washington state residents only.Key Duties:
Advise the organization on a variety of legal issues related to its operations and mission.
Develop, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements for the organization, ensuring that they are in the organization's best interests and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Prepare legal documents, such as bylaws, policies, procedures, and other governance documents for the non-profit organization.
Conduct legal research to support the organization's activities and decision-making processes.
