DescriptionThe Entertainment Devices and Services organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for a thoughtful and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the two directors. This role is Seattle based, and will be joining the current group of stellar EAs, who are all highly collaborative, communicative, and fun.This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, great organization and prioritization skills, the ability to plan ahead and to meet tight deadlines, all while juggling multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with leaders is important. A good sense of humor is a must, as is the ability to be flexible and change direction seamlessly. Change is the only constant!The successful candidate will possess the ability to manage complex calendars while dealing with ambiguity and reacting with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround; and wants to take on varied and exciting new projects and learn new skills. You’ll need to take effective action without having to know the total picture, and efficiently and proactively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the department or other related groups. High judgment and problem solving skills are a must.Key job responsibilities

Management of complex calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion.

Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, All-Hands meetings, on-sites, off-sites, team events, etc.) including creating agendas and coordinate participants in off-site meetings and deep dive reviews.

Organize, execute and assist with the Fire TV diversity group and recognition programs.

Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.

Manage headcount and recruiting information for space planning purposes. Manage seating at team sites and coordinate team moves.

Scheduling cost effective air/hotel/ground transportation. Create detailed travel itineraries (including smooth transitions between time zones). Submit expense reports in a timely fashion.

Coordinate closely with other Executive Assistants within Fire TV and the wider Amazon community.

Experience with handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience

High school or equivalent diploma

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical skills

Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time

High level of integrity and discretion

Impeccable attention to detail

Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market.
