Description We are in search of a Facilities Assistant to be based in Seattle, Washington. The role involves handling shipping and receiving tasks, tracking inventory, maintaining office spaces, and providing logistical support for company initiatives. The position also includes setting up hardware for new employees and greeting visitors. As a Facilities Assistant, you will also assist the facilities and HR teams with various tasks as needed.Responsibilities: Efficiently handle outgoing shipments and ensure timely deliveries Accurately receive and process incoming shipments Maintain organized inventory records and ensure adequate stock levels Monitor and replenish kitchen supply levels while ensuring a tidy and functional workspace Provide logistical support as needed for various company initiatives Assist with the setup of computer hardware for new employees Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests and visitors Support the facilities and HR teams with various tasks as needed Utilize skills in CMMS, Management System, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, About Time, Conference Rooms, Construction, Customer Service, Documentation, Shipping & Receiving, Asset Inventory, Administrative Office, Facilities Coordinator to perform tasks effectively. Please note that this role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Requirements Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook Experience with 'About Time' time tracking software Familiarity with managing conference rooms Basic understanding of construction principles Excellent customer service skills Ability to handle shipping and receiving duties Experience in asset inventory management Administrative skills, preferably in an office environment Prior experience as a Facilities Coordinator is a plus Strong documentation skills Experience in handling tasks related to facilities coordination and maintenance.
