Description We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Fixed Assets Accountant to join us on a short-term contract for the improvement and management of our fixed assets record. You will utilize your expertise in Abila MIP software to clean up, update, and refine our fixed assets register. This is a remote contract position based out of Seattle, WA.Job Responsibilities:
Review, reconcile, and maintain our fixed assets ledger using Abila MIP.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in fixed assets accounting.
Prepare capitalization entries for fixed assets purchases and disposals.
Generate and present reports on fixed assets status and updates to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in fixed assets accounting.
Proficiency in Abila MIP is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-generation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
