To meet this goal, we are continually seeking to improve the number of features and products available via API that Developers and Solution Providers can innovate on, and in turn, accelerate the success of our Selling Partners who rely on them.Amazon Selling Partner Developer Services is seeking a results driven and strategic program manager to own and scale API coverage. The scope of this role includes partnering with a wide range of stakeholders to design, implement, communicate, measure and iterate on key WW programs and initiatives. The Program Manager should be well-versed in program/project management, change management, and be able to maintain a high bar on quality of execution and deliverables. The Program Manager will own multiple, cross-team/org programs and workstreams that will aid the organization in working more efficiently and effectively. The role will be responsible for creating and managing workback schedules, identifying and implementing mechanisms that scale and/or seek automation where possible, and lead strategic thinking on process and program management for the entire team.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, and collaborative, with clear communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. They must be able to influence without authority and separate noise from signals in a complex product space. They are highly autonomous and have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. They are able to quickly adapting to changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful/ambiguous situations to relentlessly simplify processes while earning the trust of a diverse set of partners and customers.Key job responsibilities-Identify, track, and oversee Amazon Stores’ coverage of Partner (Sellers and Vendors) features and workstreams available on API (vs. Seller Central/Mobile).-Lead the organization and management of closing these gaps, establishing mechanisms and governance to ensure teams across Amazon launch products on API at time of initial release.-Coordinate new product launches with internal stakeholders and manage a roadmap of future launches-Support a number of strategic programs and priorities for the business development organization-Own and manage internal customer feedback and outreach channels-Manage relationships across all internal partners who launch data products on our API technology stack.About the teamThe vision of Selling Partner Developer Services is to accelerate innovation across the Stores by providing the best modern data externalization service. To enable this, we offer a world-class suite of data products and experiences to empower the creation of innovative solutions on behalf of Partners. We supplement that with rich value-added business capabilities to accelerate the speed-to-market for Partners and Solution Providers through customizable user experience while preserving customer trust and holding a high compliance bar. Our APIs and 3P Solution Providers help millions of businesses grow and succeed in the Amazon.com retail store, representing hundreds of billions of dollars in sales annually.Basic Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
