Support the program, planning, budgeting, scheduling, strategic supplier decisions, integrated logistics support, contract management, and P&L responsibilities. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and employees; read, analyze

Understanding of managing aspects of ship repair projects

Understanding of custom metal fabrication for large projects
