Description Robert Half is partnering with a global music streaming enterprise in search of a Senior UX/UI Designer with expertise in design systems. This role will focus on building and scaling design systems to support consistent, accessible, and visually compelling experiences across web and mobile platforms, including iOS and Android. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Figma, crafting reusable components and leveraging variables for scalability. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong ownership over their work, balancing a high level of visual design aesthetics with the complexity of various use cases. Define, maintain, and evolve a comprehensive design system for web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency across different use cases and devices.
Create, manage, and document design components in Figma, using variables to scale design efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and other designers to ensure cohesive, user-centered design solutions.
Implement and advocate for accessibility standards across web, iOS, and Android, ensuring inclusive design practices.
Take ownership of design projects, managing deliverables independently while working collaboratively with remote teams.
Apply UI/UX best practices to address complex design challenges, ensuring high-quality visual and functional consistency.
Continuously refine the design system based on user feedback, testing, and evolving industry trends.

7+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong focus on design systems for web and mobile platforms.
Mastery in Figma, with experience in building and maintaining component libraries and utilizing variables for scalable design.
Strong knowledge of web and mobile accessibility standards, with experience designing for iOS and Android.
Proven ability to create visually compelling designs that solve complex user challenges across devices and platforms.
Excellent self-management and project ownership skills, with a high attention to detail and quality.
Effective collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in eCommerce or consumer-facing digital products.
Strong passion for accessibility and inclusive design.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
