Find your future with us.The Boeing Global Services Supply Chain Planning organization is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager (Level K) to lead a team in support of products and services across a global customer base. This role will be responsible for creating and executing demand and supply plans as well as managing inventory performance for the business. The manager will be overseeing projects and process improvements, performance dashboards, and adherence to schedules and budgets for Boeing. This manager will also be responsible for collaboration across functions, process alignment, performance impact analysis, and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. The selected candidate will be accountable to successfully manage, develop, and motivate the team in Seattle, WA or Dallas, TX.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Seattle, WA Dallas, TX.Position Responsibilities:

This role also has responsibility for people, budget, systems and tools, and is accountable for execution, schedule and quality performance.

Position requires strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.

Experience with asset management systems & tools including supply planning & forecasting and knowledge of Sales, Inventory, Operations and Planning (SI&OP) is preferred.

Develops and maintains relationships with internal/external customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years’ experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

5+ years’ experience in multi-functional logistics role (i.e.: supply chain, transportation, program management/ project management etc.)

Capable of traveling 25% of the time.

Experience in team building, leading cross-functional teams, motivating and engaging team member, and inspiring work groups through daily interactions.

Experience working within a fast-paced team environment which required strong communication skills to frequently interact with Program Leadership, internal and external customer representatives and development teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field

Experience implementing continuous process improvement, lean processes, and employee involvement and engagement strategies in a manufacturing environment.

Strong analytic and research skills - detail oriented.
