We’re looking for a researcher to explore the world of business customers and generate insights that connect product and advertising experiences to business customers. Launched in 2015, Our Client’s Business aims to do for offices, factories, hospitals, schools, and public agencies what they did for everyday consumers—make buying easier, faster, and more efficient.Description: UX Researcher (Usability Tester) on the Our Client’s Business UX Research team, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and improve the usability of our products and services. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure that our prototypes meet the highest standards of user experience. Here’s what you’ll do:Final Design Review:
Conduct thorough reviews of final design prototypes.
Identify usability issues and provide actionable recommendations.
Task-Based Testing:
Design and execute usability tests for prototypes.
Gather insights on user interactions, pain points, and satisfaction.
Collaborate and Communicate:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate usability findings into the design process.
Present usability findings to stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Technical Skills:
UX Research Methods: Proficiency in various UX research methods such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and observational studies.
Data Analysis: Strong skills in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights.
Software Tools: Familiarity with UX research tools and software for conducting and analyzing studies.
Research Experience:
Usability testing: Experience with lab-based and remote testing, iterative prototype testing, and concept testing.
Survey Design: Ability to design and conduct surveys to gather user feedback.
Mixed method Research: Knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Communication:
Communication: Strong ability to present research findings to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, UX Designers, Product, Engineers, Marketing.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to assess needs and translate them into research questions and methods.
