Wine Bar Server / Bartender — Kingfisher (Hitchcock Restaurant Group)

Location: Bainbridge Island, WA

Status: Part-time or Full-time | Evenings & Weekends

About Kingfisher

Kingfisher is a one-of-a-kind market, wine bar, and supper club from the Hitchcock Restaurant Group — a place for Bainbridge Island that blurs the lines between a boutique culinary market, a sleek wine bar with compelling small plates, and a prix fixe supper club showcasing the best of the region’s produce, seafood, meats, and foraged foods.

Our market features imported pantry items, Hitchcock Foods ferments, unique biodynamic and natural wines, non-alcoholic alternatives, curated home and gift products, flowers, and fresh bread.

By evening, Kingfisher transforms into a wine bar open four nights a week, pouring natural, low-intervention, and biodynamic wines alongside a menu of small bites inspired by Spanish pincho bars and Japanese izakaya. A few times each month, we host five-course supper club dinners — intimate, chef-driven tastings with seasonal menus and optional beverage pairings.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, curious, and hospitality-minded Server/Bartender to join our small team. This person will play a key role in creating a warm, engaging atmosphere and guiding guests through our wines, food, and retail offerings.
