Ellensburg steakhouse looking for an experienced Line cook who will act as the head chef in our kitchen. Responsible for ordering, organizing prep, and executing a high-volume dinner and brunch. Long hours but rewarding compensation. Great team to work with; high energy and positive work environment.

Grill experience with steaks on wood-fired grill
Experience fast paced line
Attention to detail
Fabricating proteins and understanding of seafood
Reliable, honest & dependable
Understanding of food cost
