Come join our maintenance team! We are seeking a maintenance staff member for our commercial buildings; facilities located in Renton and Tacoma.
This position will be responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance values to our properties. Duties will include: Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Masonry, Landscaping, Lot Clean up. Also monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
Must be organized and work independently.
Must have valid driver's license.
