We are a property maintenance company in Seattle looking to fill a full time driver as well as multiple positions in our company.
The driver will be responsible for driving a dump truck as well as small box truck for doing things like demo work and delivering materials to job sites.
Must have a clean driving record.

- Painter (Apprentice or Journeyman) $25-28 per hour doe
- Apartment Remodeler $25 - $32 Per hour doe
- Highly Experienced Property Maintenance Technician $30 - $35 per hour doe
- Landscaper $25-27 per hour
- Cleaner $23-$25 per hour
