Our company is currently seeking a reliable and detail oriented individual to join our Packaging/Fulfillment Team ASAP!
A successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, good communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Position available: Full-Time Packager
Hours/Days: Monday-Friday
Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00
Occasional work on the weekends as needed/required.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 or older
Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid/current Driver's License
Dependable, reliable and self-motivated
Follow directions and works well both independently and with a team
Able to perform efficiently in a high stress environment with professionalism
The work is manual labor and you must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and repeatedly
Must be comfortable working on your feet a majority of the workday, climb ladders, crouch, etc.
Flexibility and open-ness to other tasks as assigned.
Experience is a plus but not required
Reliable attendance is required, we work within a schedule to meet deadlines and as a tight knit crew it's important we all show up to do our part.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for weighing and packaging cannabis products, ensuring that all packages are accurately labeled and compliant with state regulations and to the standards of our operation.
Assist with fulfilling and packaging orders.
Assist with harvesting/bucking plants Monday and Friday as needed.
Assist with replenishing supplies to our main warehouse for packaging duties as needed
Compensation: From $18/hour to start
