Part Time Maintenance Tech

Village Green Senior Communities in West Seattle is seeking a self starting team player to join our maintenance team. This individual must be patient, kind, caring and show empathy for our senior residents. Included in the description of job duties are light paint, light grounds work, some cleaning, ability to make ready an apartment for move in, in a timely manner. Must be able to follow directions from manager. Applicant MUST pass a WA State pre-employment criminal back ground check, and a pre-employment drug test (THC will not disqualify). This is a MAXIMUM 20 hour a week position.
