Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from start to finish.

Supervise Managers/Crew, providing guidance on the proper use of equipment and techniques to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
Conduct site inspections to assess damage scope, develop action plans, and monitor progress throughout each project.
Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, including work logs, safety reports, and client communications to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
