Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 30 per week (approx.)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the database of past and ongoing matters using Microsoft Access.
Oversee clerical tasks, including organizing and filing documents, scanning closed physical files into digital format,
inputting data into a digital database and ensuring the upkeep of the digital filing system.
Manage front desk activities, such as answering phones and greeting visitors.
Track office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Support other staff with various projects and tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in electronic file storage and management.
Comfort and professionalism in answering phones and assisting visitors.
Strong attention to detail to maintain a well-organized and efficiently run office.
Preferred Experience:
1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Preferred)
1 year of administrative or office support experience (Preferred)
