Position Overview
We’re seeking an Inventory & Logistics Associate to manage the flow of finished goods through our facility. This role involves picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, scheduling third-party deliveries, monitoring stock levels, and keeping our inventory organized and accurate. The right candidate will take pride in maintaining order and efficiency, while supporting our production and fulfillment goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery
- Schedule deliveries with third-party transit providers
- Print labels, invoices, and shipping documents as needed
- Monitor and track stock levels to ensure product availability
- Perform physical inventory counts across 200+ SKUs monthly
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area
- Work with the production team to meet order fulfillment deadlines (3-day turnaround time)
- Occasionally assist with labeling and packaging bulk product into finished goods
Requirements – Must-Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new processes
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Requirements – Nice-to-Haves
- Previous warehouse or inventory management experience
- Familiarity with inventory or supply chain workflows
- Experience with inventory software (bonus: Cultivera)
- i502 knowledge
- Picking/packing experience
Compensation
Pay: $21–$23/hr, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
