Customer Service Representative

Auto Body Shop - Part time position available. After 90 days, full time. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling, checking in customers, checking out customers, downloading estimates, and account receivables. Initially position will mainly focus on learning the estimating system and how to submit to insurance companies for payments, etc. Hours flexible to begin but after becoming full-time 8-5. Strong computer skills required and also need the ability to deal with customers that are not happy in the first place for having to come and get their car repaired.
