Job description
$500 Signing Bonus after 90 days of satisfactory employment. Full Time Apartment/Individual Home Maintenance position - Monday thru Friday, no weekends or emergency calls. Must have previous experience in Residential Property Maintenance and turns. This is a physical job that will use your skills in plumbing, electricity, painting, pressure washing, drywall, light carpentry, locks, appliances and more. Good communication and written skills a must. Clean driving record and your own vehicle insurance required.
Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30, company vehicle and uniforms supplied.
No weekends, on-calls or after hours work.
Includes PTO and 8 paid holidays and Retirement Plan
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must have prior experience in apartment/rental home maintenance and turns. Immediate opening, come join our growing team.
