In this role, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of the community — from daily operations and team leadership to ensuring excellence in resident satisfaction and financial performance. The property is conveniently accessible from nearby cities, making it an ideal opportunity for a strategic, service-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a well-supported, expanding property management firm.Essential Functions: Include but are not limited to:1. Property Operations:Oversee leasing, maintenance, compliance, and resident relationsConduct regular property inspections and lead preventive maintenance planningDevelop and enforce operational procedures for high-efficiency performance2. Resident Relations:Serve as the go-to person for all resident concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolutionBuild strong relationships to promote resident satisfaction and retentionImplement programs that foster a sense of community3. Financial Management:Prepare and manage budgets aligned with property goalsMonitor rent collections, lease renewals, and delinquenciesAnalyze financials and take corrective actions to improve profitability4. Team Leadership & Accountability:Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluationsTrack KPIs for operational success, resident experience, and financial healthFoster a high-performance culture focused on integrity and results5.
