My business is a Crystal online shop and I specialize in selling Gems and Minerals. I would love to find someone who shares my enthusiasm or is willing to learn about crystals and can add to a positive work environment. I am looking for an individual with excellent time management skills, a self starter, experience with social media, and is consistent in their job performance. There will be a 90 day probation period to see whether you are a good fit for the position.
JOB DETAILS
+ $17-$19/hour based on experience.
+ 20 hours minimum per week, could be upwards of 30 hours per week, Tuesday through Saturday. Plus travel trips when we go to Gem shows.
+ Must be able to travel. Travel pay is set $75 per day.
Flight, room, and food are included. Trips last anywhere between 5 days to up to two weeks. Domestic and international travel.
+ If you’re bilingual that is a plus!
JOB REQUIREMENTS
+ High School Diploma/GED equivalent
+ Valid Drivers License/Passport with ability to travel
+ Travel is a requirement for this job. Must be available throughout the year for events.
+ Able to shift into a positive and professional customer-facing voice when needed for live sales
+ Able to lift up to 50 pounds
+ Able to maintain a clean work environment
+ Task and detail oriented
+ Confident handling fragile material
JOB DUTIES
Primarily assisting me with Live sales on TikTok every weekend and Packing orders.
This includes:
+ Assisting with Live sale
+ Sorting during Live sale
+ Occasionally hosting Live sale
+ Cleaning work station
+ Packing orders
+ Pre-Live tasks (processing inventory, making tags, arranging minerals in stands, etc.)
+ Post-Live tasks (writing invoices, checking baskets, distributing candy & free gifts)
+ Communicating with customers
+ Transporting orders to Post Office
+ Transporting inventory from storage
+ Traveling for work trips when needed
+ Inventory management
+ Pricing inventory
+ Organizing work stations
+ Learning minerals through job experience
Day to day work duties will change based off what is needed to be done that day. I would love to hire somebody who is flexible, task oriented, enthusiastic, has a positive work attitude, loves change in day to day and a non-corporate work environment to thrive in. This is an opportunity to learn about rare gems and minerals from all over the world including learning about Crystal structures and localities.
