AUTOMOTIVE ASSISTANT MANAGER: Automotive Repair and Tire Shop is looking for an Assistant Manager. Must have 2 years of current auto shop experience as a Service Advisor and/or Manager with Excellent People Skills, Sales Performance Skills, Administrative and Knowledge of Automotive Repairs. Must be Self Motivated with High Sales and Closing Skills to Maximize Sales Performance.
Responsibilities:
Meet and Greet customers
Service Write customers
Answer Incoming phone calls
Explain and Sell needed repairs
Up Sell other repair needs and preventive maintenance
Inventory Control; ordering, restocking and parts returns
Schedule Appointments from incoming phone calls and internet
Provide Excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicle
Assist Manager with daily management duties
Oversee shop repair flow and tech performance
Open and close business
